The Treasurer of the Federation AIRPLANE responded to the invitation of Radio Here & Now "to discuss recent meetings with UN Ovni where the topic was raised in the Delegates from 28 nations. The agenda Gilles Lorant is responsible, but we should get to set a date in the week.

Ribardière Michel, President of the Federation, published in the meantime this new Editorial:

"The week of 11 February 2008 in New York at UN headquarters, a report from the National Guard of at least three states of the United States was discussed behind closed doors. Its findings were reported during the two days, always closed, in a cycle of three meetings improvised for the occasion, with representatives present from 28 countries of the world.

A member of FEA, Gilles Lorant, invited by the Embassy of the United Nations in the course of his business had the opportunity to attend meetings of 13 and 14 February. Under his guidance we have gathered the following:

The report discussed Feb. 11, inter alia, on the effects of aerial unclear, tritely called "UFO phenomena". The impact that these unexpected events and high profile might have on people of all countries was the source of debate.
In the United States, the election period and the fear of an economic recession, generate concerns, even irrational expectations through a growing communalism. But the waves of observations of UFOs accentuate this climate that could lead to the suspicion of people towards the authorities and institutions.

For now, no institutional process or any regulation provides for the conduct of incremental actions to take in the face of changing this risk.
Without these actions, the collapse of the economy gradually lead to loss of confidence in our institutions, including those emanating from an executive.
The major issue is identified as neither more nor less than the social stability of societies around the founding values of democracy and liberalism.
Several factors in different ways on this balance were discussed including the UFO events are given less and less significant.
Social instability could also affect other countries as the United States.
The official silence or denial of the institutions of defense and intelligence, which are not responsible for publicly disclosing the presence of our neighbors' visits to Earth, raises more questions from populations (including witnesses such observations), for which systematic denial becomes unbearable.
The very legitimacy of some American institutions, including honesty concerning the processing of data is actually testimony to demonstrate, seems compromised for a growing number of American citizens.

These findings February 11, were examined during the discussions the following two days which was also considered a plan to prevent social stability facing a crisis of confidence vis-à-vis public institutions or state authorities.
A particularly eloquent awareness of the UFO phenomenon across the Atlantic, was formally recognize the existence of UFOs preparing people under two conditions:

1) What social stability in the G8 countries is guaranteed around the liberal model,
2) That the events of "neighbors" continue until the end of 2009.

The tone of discussion and agreement of the participants suggest that the second condition can be interpreted as thinly veiled wish for a dialogue between the earth and non earth.
Indeed, the United Nations representing the body of most nations on earth and the UFO events being (at least for a significant percentage of them) the work of local non-earth, the answer collegiate nations becomes a clear incentive:
- If you continue your events by the end of 2009, we agree to reveal your presence.
In fact, the slippage of globalized economic systems, juxtaposed with spectacular demonstrations of civilizations do not leave much choice to our representatives. "
