T he Coast 2 Coast site publishes this new message from Chad:

"Thank you for publishing my pictures I hope someone can tell us what it is ... To begin with, I see this very often. Since it appeared, I had the see about 8 times. My friend and I returned the day after we had taken the photos, but it was gone. Then we tried the day after, and we saw it again After thirty minutes, and we have followed for a while. Most of the time I can see my home through the windows, fairly remote. and I fell over once on two, in my walks, it I have seen very closely. The machine is almost totally silent, but not quite. It produces a kind of noise as "Crepitus." It is not easy to describe, it intermittently and quite low, just enough so that the remark. Sometimes we heard a slight hum, rather mechanical, a little like when approaching power lines. But it has nothing in common with jet engines, most of the time it is very regular.

It moves like an insect. If you've already seen a water spider, that is what it looks. Most often it is very slow and steady, but occasionally it starts to turn very quickly and changes direction very quickly to go in another direction, then it stops, and the process repeats itself. There is something quite unusual in his movements.

I must say that I had headaches 4 times last week, which almost never happens. My wife feels very tired recently. She is pregnant about a month, and the doctor told her it was normal for her to be tired, but I still worry because her fatigue seems too large. Basically I wonder if this "device" does not relieve a kind of radiation or something of that kind. As I said, is like when approaching power lines. I am therefore concerned for our health, especially because of the baby. I do not know if there is a connection with this thing, but, again, I sincerely hope that someone has the answer to these questions! "
